I have had the great pleasure of working with Robin Beauchamp as Site Superintendent on multiple, complex, luxury residential projects. These projects are all unique to each client and team dynamic. Robin’s knowledge of construction best practices and fortitude for resolving custom design issues is unparalleled. Robin kept the most organized, clean and well managed residential construction site that I have seen, optimizing the productivity of subs and keeping everyone safe. Robin also has a unique talent for giving “just enough detail” to communicate an issue, in a collaborative way. This could be my favorite quality about Robin! He is an invaluable asset to any team, works to find and provide relevant information that allows for better decision-making and an enjoyable process. Now, his contributions as a scheduling consultant and teacher are more relevant than ever in our busy market. Robin has the expertise, experience and frankly, the perfect disposition, to add-value to any project/team needing scheduling help or mentorship.

As a Senior Vice President at Ryan Associates, I had the pleasure of working with Robin on some of the company’s more substantial, complicated and successful projects. And it turned out, I had never worked with a Senior Superintendent who had anything resembling Robin’s broad skill-set—thus the pleasure. His people skills, organizational skills, communication skills, vast construction knowledge and proactive scheduling acumen combined with his inherent creativity cast him as a true rare bird in the industry. On one project we were struggling to find hardware to address a safe room condition and Robin—in his spare time—invented a hardware solution to overcome the obstacle. His attention to detail, his passion for a well-run project earned him a reputation as the consummate construction field manager. On an estate project—and this is perhaps the highest compliment I can pay him—as a condition for contract signing, the Construction Manager insisted that Robin be written directly into the contract as Senior Superintendent. In my over thirty years of construction experience, I have only seen that done that one time, with that one person.
