Builders & Contractors

We were very satisfied with Robin’s services. We have worked with schedulers previously and been disappointed as to how little they understood about the construction process. Robin offers general contractors an unusual combination of a comprehensive understanding of both scheduling and construction. In addition, he is a pleasure to work with. We are quite happy to have worked with Robin.

Robin is one of the most experienced Superintendents that I know and is a Master Scheduler. He retired from his commute and is staying involved in the industry and sharing his expertise by providing contract-based scheduling services.

I worked with (or rather, under) Robin on a gut job in Pacific Heights, and found him to be very knowledgeable & experienced, as well as structured and detail-oriented. Construction, and especially remodeling, is at best organized chaos, which can be stressful for all participants; however, Robin brought order to the chaos, for which I was most grateful. Thank-you, Robin.

We were lucky to have Robin Beauchamp to work with us on two spectacular projects before he retired from his career as an on-site Superintendent. Robin has some of the most extensive construction experience of anyone that has worked with us in over 35 years of doing business as a high end residential construction company. Robin is a natural teacher and mentor, and he enjoys sharing his experience with those who yearn to be better builders. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

I have been a plumbing contractor specializing in custom residential construction in the Bay Area for over 35 years. In all of that time, I have worked with many general contractors, and seemingly countless project managers and supervisors. Only a few of those would fall into the category of “top of their game,” meaning competent in a nuanced understanding of a broad band of trade skills, proactively organized, and in command of an ability to communicate to a wide variety of people while engendering their trust and loyalty. His eye for detail combined with his innate common sense are exquisite to behold. Robin Beauchamp occupies the top rung of those who are at the top of their game.

I worked closely with Robin on a very high end whole house remodel in Pacific Heights
for which he was the job supervisor. Robin did a masterful job of orchestrating the
project and managed to coordinate and direct a diverse group of employees, subcontractors,
design professionals, owner’s representative, prickly neighbors and a very demanding client.
Robin was equally at home motivating staff, developing drawings on site to assist construction
work, and anticipating problems before they arose. As the managing partner on the job, I was
totally confident that Robin was going to deliver a successful project. And he did!

Robin Beauchamp retired as a site superintendent with AGC and I learned first hand how adept he was at scheduling. With 40 years of experience he had clearly mastered the craft. Robin continued to train and help our younger site superintendents in the art of scheduling and I am quite thankful for his expertise. In particular he helped us back into the critical path and create milestones to hand to the design team. We had a 5 month lead time on cabinetry and it was imperative that the design team was clear on when the shop drawing process needed to be completed. It is too easy to miss these dates or not be aware of them. Having Robin as a resource to help train our crew has been invaluable.

The guys enjoyed the training and I believe they all came away with some valuable new skills.
Thanks again,

Robin,
You were a mentor to me, I saw how you handle people around you; you never raise your voice. People work hard to please you not because they are scared of you but because they respect you. I even bought a saddle seat for my office after seeing yours.
Respectfully,
— Jack Barcewski, President Sunshine Construction

We’ve come to the end of the project and you’ve been a great asset throughout the entire two year process. Mark and I would like to thank you so much for your help and insight. We will certainly keep you in mind for the next time.
